Nutrition Site
Lunches are offered Monday through Thursday at 11:45 a.m. for seniors 60 and over. Call the Senior Center two days in advance for a reservation. The requested donation is $2. Call the Senior Center if you need a ride so the van can pick you up.

Drop in Center: Drop in any time!

Exercise Class:
Most Mondays at 10 a.m.

Estate Planning for Elders and Veterans:
Attorney Joseph Beazley will be at the senior center on the third Tuesday of every month from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for half hour appointments to help answer questions about estate planning. You must call to schedule an appointment.

Free Legal Clinics:
No appointment necessary for this walk-in clinic. The Bar Association of Norfolk County is sponsoring free legal clinics as a public service to the community. A panel of attorneys experienced in all areas of the law will be available for a one-on-one consultation to discuss your legal questions. For more on information call (617) 471-9693. The next evening clinic will be held from six to 8 p.m. at Quincy District Court on March 6, 2007.

Daily Transportation:
To the Center for Social, Nutrition and Education programs.
By-weekly shopping trips to local malls for food and necessities.
Weekly trips to larger malls for clothing and other items

Medical Transportation
The medical van is available for rides to all South Shore area towns. Scheduled appointments should be made Monday through Friday from 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. called Monday through Thursday, six business days in advance.

The Senior Center also has the Map 5 transportation program, making trips to Boston. The appointments must be made a week in advance. The right to Boston this $30. Call for more information.
