Drowned Hogs
Doing something cool for charity.
Every year, for 12 years, the "Drowned Hogs" plunge into the ocean in the middle of winter to help Punxsutawney Phil predict when spring is to arrive in New England! A dicey concept at best but they raise money for a great local charity, Wellspring Multi-Service Center

Last year, more than 400 swimmers and 1,200 spectators were be on hand to celebrate more than a decade of insanity and generosity.
